Application filed November <br /> , 2002 and continued from February 19, 2003 . <br /> The Torn Planner provi-ded draft copies of the <br /> Decision, explaining there are proposed minor changes to <br /> the document : <br /> Findings - Increase in square footage of structures by <br /> more than five ( 1) percent requires a Public Hearing; and <br /> application of old zoning when there is an increase of -not <br /> more than ten (10 ) percent . <br /> Applicant' s engineers have calculated the maximum <br /> square footage of structure to be 2.0 , 97 square feet for <br /> the proposed project. With the exception of a proposed 376 <br /> square foot unit owners duplex garage/storage building for <br /> which a further site plan modification is to be sought at a <br /> later date within the Phase IB area of the project, all o <br /> said square footage, of structures is included under the <br /> current proposed site plan modification. <br /> The Chairman inquired as to the modification of Phase <br /> IB at this point in time, (as the phase has been <br /> completed) . <br /> The Town Planner responded Applicant could apply for a <br /> modification of P -a-se I , as requested by the Association. <br /> Transfer of Permit - Requires a specific vote of the <br /> Planning Board. <br /> Mandatory_ Finding - special Permit, Special Permit <br /> Modification. <br /> Conditions - The site plan for Phase III may be <br /> revised and shall be constructed according to those plans <br /> which have been approved/signed by the Planning <br /> Board/chairman. A typical building plan showing <br /> elevations, materials, etc. is required of the Applicant. <br />
