HUD contributes to the building maintenance, in <br /> conjunction with subsidy funds and resident thirty ( 0 ) <br /> percent contribution. Any access cash flow is reverted <br /> back into the project. Initial rent costs ranee from <br /> $ 00. 0 500 . 00 per unit, with possible increase up to <br /> $900.00 over a twenty-year span. However, residents <br /> continue to pay only thirty (' 0 ) percent . A utility <br /> allowance is factored into the HUD regulations . <br /> There was discussion regarding the need for central <br /> airc nditioning. Further discussion with the Housing <br /> Authority is in -order. Eligibility was, also discussed, it <br /> is not a lottery system, and every effort will be made t <br /> provide housing for Mashpee residents on a first come, <br /> first serve basis . <br /> The Chairman inquired as to the exterior grounds, and <br /> possible gardening areas . <br /> Mr. dunes responded there will be gardens, as-well as <br /> a gazebo an . coutyard areas . <br /> The Board encouraged Applicant to reconsider a central <br /> air conditioning system. <br /> The Town Planner recommended Planning Board support of <br /> the alternative A, rather- than B plan. <br /> The Chairman stated she is prepared to offer a letter <br /> of support for drawing A, as presented this evening. <br /> There being no further Board discussion, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION:_ Dennis Balarini made a Motion to approve <br /> Applicant' s request for a letter of support regarding the <br /> proposed project-; which Lotion was seconded by Richard <br /> Terry and so voted unanimously. <br /> (This matter concluded at 8 : 43 p.m. ) <br /> White' s Path ubdivi-sion <br /> There being a member of the general public present t <br /> discuss this matter, the Town Planner explained the <br /> possible development of an old subdivision at White' s Path <br /> and Leona Trail, off uinaguis-set Avenue .
