i <br /> • <br /> Town of Mas-hpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> March 19, 2003 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called <br /> to order in Conference Room 1, Mashpee Town Mall, 1 - Creat <br /> Neck load North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 7 : 0.0 p.m. The <br /> Chairman, Beverly Kane, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Dennis Bal arini, Nice <br /> Chairman; Steve Dolan, Clerk; Lee Gurney, Associate member; <br /> Beverly Kane, Chairman; and Richard Term (7 : 2. p.m. ) . <br /> Also present: T oma-s Fudala, Town Planner (7 : 05 p.m. ) ; Eric <br /> Smith, Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, <br /> Consulting Engineer. <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. A the first order of business she addressed the <br /> issue of Minutes . <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to approve the <br /> Minutes of January 15, 2003, as amended; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Approval Not Required Plan <br /> Patriot Development - LLC/Cape & Islands Engineering <br /> The Chairman recognized John Slavinsky, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, representing Applicant . <br /> References were being made to a plan of land entitled, <br /> "Plan of Land located in Mashpee, IAA, prepared for Patriot <br /> Development, LL , dated March 3, 2002, by Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering" . Request being made for endorsement of two <br /> ( ) lots at icolletta' s Way and Route 1.30. <br /> The Town Planner expressed concern regarding the lot <br /> division, making g reference to the Zoning By-law (Section <br /> 174 . 11 regarding lots located within multiple zoning <br /> di tr,i ct s) . Lot 8 appears to extend more than 3 0-feet into <br /> the C-3 Zone. <br /> 1 <br />
