An article submitted by the Board ofSelectmen amending Section 1 - 1 by increasing allowed building frights in the C-1 Commercial district, and for hotels and motels in the 1-C Overlay district, from 2 storms and 35 feet to 3 storms and 45 feet. . An article submitted by the Board of Selectmen amending the Section 1 - . . 1 to all motels and hotels in the I-C Overlay district. . An article submitted by the Board of Selectmen amending Section 1 7 - 1 by maintaining a 150 foot front setback requirement from Routes 28 and 151 in the I-1 Industrial district but reducing it-to 75 feet from all other public and private sheets. 40 An article submitted by petition which would reduce the maximum height of freestanding signs in Industrial districts from 15 feet to feet and increase the height in Commercial _ -districts fr om 15-f t-t - -feet, fequir _such signs in fndustrial districts to be located closer than 50 feet to lot lime, require such signs in Commercial districts to be no closer than 1 feet to a lot line, increase the number of signs allowed in Commercial districts from I per lot to 1 for each road access point, and remove the requirement that such-signs not "block a lime f sight for pedestrian and traffic safety if so determined by the D.P.W.
