When pressed Mr. Joyal stated, "No, it is not a <br /> business" . <br /> Don Myers made reference to a photograph provided to <br /> the Board of the pa-rking lot area around the facility <br /> showing various parked cars. He asked if such activities <br /> would continue with numerous cars parked around and in that <br /> area. <br /> Mr. Joyal responded, "I believe that would continue." <br /> "Yes." "As it would in any existing structure" . He noted <br /> there would be existing business activity. <br /> There being no further Board or Public comment, the <br /> haitman entertained a motion to close the Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION: .1i-chard Terry made a Motion to close the <br /> Public Hearing in the matter of Sea Coast, Inc. ; which <br /> Motion wa-s duly seconded by Don Myers and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Bon Myers made a Motion regarding the Special <br /> Permit Application by Sea Coast, Inc. Ltd. Partners, that <br /> - the Boa rd .not_ approve- the ir._App1ication based- -upon-th e- <br /> decision as drafted and dated May 21, ; which Motion <br /> was duly seconded by Bennis Balzarini and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Voting in the affirmative: Beverly Kane, Dennis <br /> Balzarini, Steve Bolan, Don Myers and Richard Terry. <br /> Non-Agenda Item <br /> Dirk' - John' s Pond Center <br /> The Town Planner provided background information in <br /> this matter. T-he Permits issued for the restaurant <br /> locations in two buildings provide for indoor dining, there <br /> is no mention of outdoor dining. He suggested the Special <br /> Permit in this mat-ter be modified in order to reflect an <br /> additional use, being outdoor dining an outdoor bar and <br /> additional seating between the two buildings) . <br /> After brief discussion the Board determined this <br /> matter would require a Planning Board Modification to the <br /> Special Permit. <br /> 1 <br />
