The Chairmaft established Applicant is in receipt of <br /> the written Staff Report and that all concerns are being <br /> addressed. <br /> The Town Planner suggested the Board tale sufficient <br /> time to review and consider both the Staff Report and the <br /> Consulting Engineer' s conmments- in this regard, to be <br /> addressed at the next Meeting. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner commented the Board of <br /> Health has not yet had the opportunity to review/comment on <br /> the proposed prof-ect . <br /> Don Myers requested documentation of the access <br /> easement being referred to on the plan be provided. <br /> The Town Planner reminded the Board that the -foot <br /> frontage requirement was adopted in an attempt to reduce <br /> the number of curb cuts along a main highway. <br /> The chairman recognized Jack Landers-cauley who stated <br /> upon approval, Applicant would petition the commonwealth of <br /> Massachusetts for modification of the existing curb cut. <br /> There being no further discussion of this natter, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a lotion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to July 2, 2 ; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Don dyers and so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permit <br /> Industrial Communications and Electronics, I-nc. <br /> 4 Echo Road - Assessorst Map 1 , Block <br /> Signature of Special Permit Decision <br /> The Town Planner .informed the Board that the Decision <br /> in this matter has been appealed by Mr. Watts, copies of <br /> which have been provided to all Board members . <br /> (At this paint there was some Board discussion <br /> regarding the granting of a frontage waiver, setting <br /> precedence, and the importance of meeting the frontage <br /> requirement fot any project . ) <br /> Board Items <br />
