In response to a. question asked by Steve Dolan the <br /> Chairman recognized Dare Bisbee, Vice President Davenport <br /> Realty, who Stated they have no intention to sell the <br /> property. Their purpose is to rove forward and build this <br /> project. jest as soon as permits- are granted. <br /> The Town Planner suggested the Board consider placing <br /> restriction on any future curb cuts to this property. <br /> Jack Landers-cauley informed the Board that the State <br /> is advocating the use of the same curb cut. Due to a <br /> slight change of use, Applicant is requesting a <br /> modification of the curb cut to allow for an increase in <br /> use . <br /> There was discussion regarding the preliminary <br /> process/grantingWaiver requests, as well as case law <br /> frontage variances not being legal in Massachusetts . <br /> The chairman addressed the matter of requested <br /> waivers. <br /> Dennis Bal arini stated he has no objections, noting <br /> there are- very_ f � i klar lots i.n.. -e i-stence. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Lotion to grant the <br /> three requested waivers . Motion was not seconded or voted <br /> upon at this point. <br /> The Town Planner requested an opportunity to comment <br /> on the first waiver., for plan size. He reminded the Board <br /> of its adoption of 24 x 36-inch sheets in order to properly <br /> fit into the filing cabinets. He also commented that <br /> topography is generally related to the development of <br /> roadways . There is no proposed roadwork to be done. <br /> Topography has been shown on the site plan for the project . <br /> The consulting Engineer agreed topography is not <br /> required in the preliminary stage. much more detail would <br /> be required in the definitive stage. <br /> AMENDED MOTION: Dennis Balzarin,i made an amended <br /> Motion eliminati g request waiver number one - plan <br /> dimensions -- requiring standard size plans be submitted. <br /> There was no -second to the amended Lotion. <br /> 1. <br />
