Selectman Taylor stated his agreement with the changes <br /> made . He stated his intention to request the Board of <br /> Selectmen to sponsor this Article along with the Planning <br /> Board and Zoning Board of Appeals . <br /> Article changing the use list to allow auto repair <br /> within the 'Industrial Zone, as well as Within -tine currently <br /> allowed commercial Zone . <br /> MOTION: Dennis B-al arini made a Motion to extend the <br /> Meeting beyond I1 :00 p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> The As-si-stant Town Planner spoke to the Accessory <br /> Apartment Zoning By-law. <br /> He suggested the following language "The accessory <br /> apartment shall not be occupied by other than the property <br /> owner listed.
