Selectman Taylor stated his agreement with the changes <br /> made . He stated his intention to request the Board of <br /> Selectmen to sponsor this Article along with the Planning <br /> Board and Zoning Board of Appeals . <br /> Article changing the use list to allow auto repair <br /> within the 'Industrial Zone, as well as Within -tine currently <br /> allowed commercial Zone . <br /> MOTION: Dennis B-al arini made a Motion to extend the <br /> Meeting beyond I1 :00 p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> The As-si-stant Town Planner spoke to the Accessory <br /> Apartment Zoning By-law. <br /> He suggested the following language "The accessory <br /> apartment shall not be occupied by other than the property <br /> owner listed. " <br /> The language ",..or the design and construction of new <br /> homes with accessory apartments..." was removed. <br /> the- langu_a a ".::on the. _da-te .the:- Speci-al -Permit <br /> application is filed" has been included. <br /> The Board expressed their support of this Article, <br /> encouraging the Assistant Town Planner to seek Zoning Board <br /> f Appeal endorsement as well . <br /> Correspondence <br /> Town Counsel has filed an answer to the ICE appeal. <br /> Letter from the Town Administrator rem-inding the Board <br /> that all correspondence received from Town counsel should <br /> be considered to be confidential . <br /> con nrnents received from Massachusetts Highway <br /> Department regarding Iashpee Place. <br /> Torn counsel response regarding the Leddr Lane lawsuit <br /> which should be addressed in Executive Session. <br /> New Seabury Spedial Permit extension/cape Cod <br /> Commission claim. The Town Administrator has requested a <br /> meeting in order to discuss this matter. <br /> 19 <br />
