Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> Executive Session <br /> August 6, 2003 <br /> The Town -of Mashpee Planning Board entered into <br /> Executive Session at : 10 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6. <br /> 2003. The Chairman,, Beverly Kane, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Dennis Bal aria" i, <br /> Nice Chairman; Steve Dolan; Lee Gurney, Associate Member; <br /> Beverly Kane, chairman; and Don Myers, Clerk. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas F"udala, Torn Planner; and <br /> Eric Smith, Assistant Town Planner. <br /> The chairman entertained a Lotion to enter into <br /> Executive Session for the purpose of discussing <br /> correspondence. <br /> MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to enter into <br /> Execut-ive -Ses-s-ion for the -purpose of d1scus-s'ing- <br /> correspondence received by the Planning Board; which Motion <br /> was seconded by Steve Dolan. <br /> Voting in the affi-n ative: Dennis Bal arini, Beverly <br /> Kane, Steve Dolan, Lee- Gurney, and Don Myers , <br /> The Town Planner reported on a letter received from <br /> Town Counsel regarding Watts vs. Beverly Dane, et al -- <br /> litigation. <br /> Mr. Watts has -appealed the Planning Board approval of <br /> I .C.E. tower. <br /> I .C.E. has filed a motion to dismiss the complaint on. <br /> the grounds that the plaintiff, as a competitor, does not <br /> have standing. <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further Executive Session discussion, <br /> the Chairman entertained a motion to adjourn. <br /> 1 <br />
