Schedule Public Hearing-Zoning Articles for October Town <br /> Meeting <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal a-rini made a Motion to schedule <br /> Public Hearing in this matter for October 1, 2003, at 7 : 45 <br /> p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Don Myers and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Correspondence <br /> The Town Planner reported information received from <br /> Mr. Schmidt, regarding Special Permit Regulations. <br /> Reference was made to a court case supporting the <br /> determination that "yes" a dimensional -special permit can <br /> be issued which would allow a third story. <br /> Review of response 'letter to Mrs. Friedman, with <br /> reference to Southport vegetation landscaping', prepared by <br /> the Town Planner, with a cc t the Building Inspector. <br /> Brief discussion of two 2) proposed amendments to the <br /> Zoning By-law, as submitted by the Zoning Board of Appeals, <br /> for further review at the next meeting. <br /> Report - Existing allowed zoning at Mashpee Commons, <br /> as requested by Mr. Govonif Zoning Board of Appeals .
