Blaisdell, Cleric,Ronald S.Bonvie,Board Member,James Reiffarth,Associate <br /> Members, Domingo K. DeBarros, and Richard Jodka, and Building Commissioner, <br /> Richard Morgan. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provision of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented Robert and Marjorie Hackett requesting to raze <br /> and replace an existing single-family home. He submitted updated plans since the filing <br /> date and has appended more accurate written remarks. <br /> The lot consists of 2,968 square feet and has approximately 72 feet of frontage <br /> along Stanley Road. The structure fails to conform to the front yard setback because it was <br /> built across the property line as is the rear setback which is 5.9 feet from the rear property <br /> line. It does conform on the westerly side and conforms on the easterly side where the <br /> proposed septic system will be located. The existing building is a 2-bedroom single-story <br /> residence and currently has an overall footprint of 769 square feet and a portion of the 68 <br /> square feet structure sits on the undeveloped way. <br /> 1 <br />
