Eric Twarog,Assistant Town Planner, has reviewed the <br /> revised plan. <br /> Mr. Jack McBlhinney, General Counsel, willowbend Development Corp., indicated the <br /> changes requested by the board have been incorporated: radius on center line has been <br /> added at the edge of Shoestring Bay to a 100' linear; transfer the abutter list onto the <br /> plan; single 3.9 acre lot, created out of the 4-lot subdivision(lots 2,3, and 4 on the ,w <br /> Shoestring Bay plan); and finally,noted that this is technically a modification of the <br /> subdivision plan because willowbend is eliminating a cul-de-sac. Mr. Balzarini noted <br /> that Bryant Cove Rd. runs over existing paved surface. Mr. Fudala requested the board <br /> ask for the information to be in the Definitive Plan as an easement. Mr. Dorgan read <br /> comments from the Town Planner's office. Those comments are: existing property lines <br /> should be shown as dashes and proposed should be solid lines. Mr. McBlhinney <br /> indicated they had drawn them in bold. The next comment read by Mr. Dorgan referred <br /> to the design standard suitability of the street system A9 street j ogs with the center line , <br /> opposite of less than 125' should be avoided- Fairway Lane is fairly close to Simons Rd. <br /> Next, during the Definitive Plan process,Map 77,parcel 139, owned by willowbend <br /> Corp., will have to reflect the new lot line created by changing the right of way of <br /> Shoestring Bay Rd.
