Notice was given by <br /> publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee, on November 22, 2013 and November 29, 2013 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> On Wednesday, December 11, 2013, a meeting was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall at which time the following members of the Board were present and <br /> acting throughout Jonathan D. Furbush, Chairman, William A. Blaisdell, Vice Chairman, <br /> Associate Members, Domingo K. DeBarros and Scott Goldstein. Also present was <br /> Building Commissioner,Richard E. Morgan. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §10 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> John Connell, Project Manager representing Mashpee Commons submitted a <br /> Phasing Plan for the 40B Comprehensive Permit received February 8, 2007. The proposal <br /> included documentation Item #15 Page 6 and Item #6 Page 10 of the original <br /> Comprehensive Permit depicting the conceptual seven phase development plan, the <br /> Original 40B Unit Count. There is no change in the number or type of buildings, overall <br /> number of units, tenure, parking spaces or any other permitted use. The adjustment is the <br /> actual sequence of the building construction as described on the attached New 40B Unit <br /> Count. <br /> 1 <br />
