Mr. 0jala felt that there was nothing proposed that would impact the zone. <br /> Regarding the varied sizes of RVs, Mr. Rowley recommended that the west side store only RVs <br /> or buts that would fit in the allotted space. The Chair stag that there would be a condition <br /> preserving the 24 foot travel lane around the building. There was question regarding the two <br /> parcels being considered as one and Mr. Fudala noted that the property was considered as one i <br /> with the assessor and that the split had.not been recorded. <br /> Mr. Fudala inquired about the difference between flex storage and self-storage and suggested the <br /> need to recalculate the square footage for parking accuracy. Mr. ojala confirmed that he would <br /> identify the-number. fir. Fudala recommended a continuation to review the Special Permit <br /> Decision and to allow the applicant to recalculate the figures for the#door area, based on the <br /> bylaw. Mr. 0 ala and Mr. Bornstein reiterated that there would be little traffic at the site. Mr. <br /> Hansen inquired whether the-abutters had been notified and Mr. Fudala confirmed that no <br /> comments were received. There were no additional comments. 11r. Bornstein stated than he.was <br /> anxious for a vote from the planning Board and the Chair responded that she did not expect that <br /> any additional changes would be required other than paring calculations. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to continue the public hearing to September 16 at <br /> 7: o p.m. Mr. I ooharian seconded the motion.
