Rowley <br /> Date: -2 -1 <br /> : Planning Board Decision regarding 67 Fox Hill Road <br /> In issuing a cornprehensive Perrrrit under I IGL Chapter 40B to Habitat for Humanity <br /> of Cape Cod, Inc. for development of a 3 bedroom single-family home on are <br /> undersized lot at 67 Fox Hill Road, the Zoning Board of Appeals conditioned its <br /> approval as follows: "Planning Board/Town Planner approval of a suitable pawing <br /> topcoaf,, apparently refening to the section of Fox Hill Road along the lot frontage <br /> which serves as access to the proposed house. <br /> t its meeting on ,duly 21, 2010, the Planning Board reviewed the matter and the <br /> proposed scope of work arding said paving. Habitat for Humanity presented. a <br /> letter (attached) indicating that it would reconstruct the road per the specifications <br /> contained in a letter by the Planning Board's Consulting Engineer dated July 6, 2010. <br /> The Planning Board voted 4-0 to approve the -proposed scope of work regarding the <br /> required paving. In addition, the Board voted to waive its fees for the inspections <br /> required by their Consulting Engineer, i.e. 1 inspection of the-road base after it has <br /> been repaired and swept per iterns 1-3 of the July 6 letter and prior to application of a <br /> tack oat of liquid bituminous asphalt, 2 inspection of the final top course of asphalt <br /> mix 0 '/ inches minimum required).and 3 after grass has been established on any <br /> shoulders re-planted with loam and seed. <br /> The Board also indicated that after the final top course of asphaft passed inspection, <br /> it would sign a Release of Covenant regarding the Load Covenant-on record at the <br /> Barnstable Registry of Deeds regarding said lot. <br /> Page I <br />
