The <br /> curve radius at the street on the landscape plan differs <br /> from the site plan and will have to be revised for <br /> consistency. The site plan will also govern the driveway <br /> specifications, which has already been built and may <br /> require alteration. <br /> The Town Planner reiterated that the matter before the <br /> Board this evening for consideration is approval of the <br /> landscape and grading plan, subject to further plan <br /> revision replacing the 2-4 inch caliper white oaks with <br /> three 5-6 caliper pin oaks . As well as the removal of one <br /> parking space in order to accommodate the grading changes <br /> on t-he slope.. <br /> The retaining wall ha-s been substantially reduced from <br /> the original plan. The Consulting Engineer is satisfied <br /> with the details of the current -ft . retaining wall. <br /> Attorney Kirrane agreed to an increase in security <br /> should Ir.
