The Chairman reported that she has submitted a letter to Mr. Richard Stevens, Building Inspector, dated January 29, 20'07 asking him to deny any request for building permits for the commercial component o-f the Mashpee Commons development until such time as the ratter of Planning Board jurisdiction has been satisfactorily resolved between counsel. The Assistant Town Planner volunteered to follow--up with the Building Inspector and report back to the Board. Blue Ribbon Comprehensive Committee The Chairman stated that she had misinformed the Board regarding the term of the Committee that will dissolve on March 2 , 2007, not September 2007 . There is continuing discussion regarding the format and purpose of a subsequent group. She stated that the Committee has forwarded all of their recommendations directly to the Board of Selectmen. She also stated there has been improved communications among the Town Boards and Committees which has proven to be beneficial. She is anticipating a final document listing the action plans and accomplishments of the Committee for public information very soon. Task-Listing The Chairman provided a listing of Planning Board items for review over the next several months. Mr. Rowley will be reviewing the Subdivision Regulations. It was suggested that specific stormwater standards be included into the regulations, using the Best Development Practices Guidebook as a source of information. The Chairman suggested the Board refer to the Cape Cod Commission website model windpower bylaw. The Town Planner suggested the sign Bylaw and Light Pollution Bylaw' be ,included on the list for review. The Town Planner also informed the Board that Staff is working on the Comprehensive Plan-Affordable Housing, Health and Human Services, and open Space.
