The color of the <br /> natural stone materials will be earth tomes. <br /> There was some discussion regarding height dimensions <br /> and rooflines. The Town Planner requested plans be <br /> submitted for Building #2 as well . <br /> Mr. Bornstein informed the Board that plans and <br /> material samples have been submitted to Design review for <br /> their approval . <br /> The Town Planner clarified that technically the <br /> Applicant is requesting to replace revised plans with <br /> previously approved building plans. Currently there is a <br /> set of plans on file with the special Permit that refer to <br /> the elevations . Applicant has submitted a replacement plan <br /> for Building #1 that requires two 2 separate votes from <br /> the Planning Board. The first vote would be to determine <br /> whether or not said change is considered to be a minor, site <br /> plan modification not requiring a Public Hearing; and a <br /> second vote to approve: a► new set of plans to replace the <br /> original plans refer-red to in the Decision. Specific plans <br /> for both Building #1 and Building #2 are required for the <br /> record. <br /> The "down Planner suggested the Board vote this date <br /> for approval of the materials, and that he draft a Decision <br /> to include both buildings for the next meeting. He also <br /> suggested Applicant submit a plan describing the stone <br /> materials being proposed for Building #1 and Building #2 . <br /> Them being no further Board or staff comment the <br /> Chairman enttertained a motion be made as to whether or not <br /> Applicant' s request for a change in exterior materials is <br /> minor or major odi.f cat-ion to the Special Permit . <br />
