The Town Planner noted for the record that the voting <br /> Members in this matter were Beverly Kane, Dennis Bal arini, <br /> Myrna Nuey,, Thomas O' Hara., and Harvey Cohen. <br /> Approval Not Required <br /> Discussion - Statute <br /> There was discussion regarding clarification of the <br /> statute and Planning Board responsibility in this regard, <br /> which is an approval of the division of land based upon <br /> street frontage. Board Member, Thomas O' Hara, expressed <br /> h-is concerns for the residents and abutters in this <br /> situation. <br /> The Town Planner clarified that any construction mu-st <br /> meet current zoning standards .
