completed prior .to tonight' s meeting and did not contact <br /> Mr. Rowley. <br /> Mr. Rowle-y recommended the Boa-rd consider releasing <br /> the majority of the funds, holding enough to determine if <br /> said roadwork holds up thr.ough the winter months; to which <br /> the Board agreed.. <br /> There being 'no further discussion the chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a . tin to reduce the <br /> Performance Guarantee in this matter to Two-Thousand <br /> ( Dollars until April 2, 2008, at which time the <br /> Planning Board will reconsider release of the balance of <br /> funds based upon the condition of the road, Balfour Lane; <br /> which Motion was duly seconded by Thomas O' Hara and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> The Planning Board also -determined that Applicant <br /> would be responsible for Mr. Rowley' re-inspection of the <br /> property in the amount f- One Hundred ( 1 ) Dollars . <br /> Performance Guarantee <br /> Charlie Rogers-Mercantile Way <br /> Release of Covenants for Romar Drive 'and Mercantile Warr <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and <br /> recognized Matthew Eddy, Baxter Nye Engineering <br /> Surveying, representing the Applicant . <br /> Mr. Eddy requested there are three covenants be <br /> released: <br /> 1985 Subdivision that created Roman Drive. <br /> 1.986 Subdivision Raynor Estates, a six ( lot <br /> residential subdivision and has since been rezoned to <br /> Industrial and has been incorporated into the Mercantile <br /> Subdivision. A fifty-foot easement has been granted to the <br /> Town on Great Hay Road. <br /> 2000 Current Mercantile Subdivision approved in 2006. <br /> Mr . Eddy presented the Board with a check for surety <br /> in the amount of Sixteen Thousand Four-Hundred ($16, 400 . 00) <br /> Dollars representing work to be completed. <br />
