Lopes- 7 Melissa Avenue <br /> Signature of Special Perm-it to share a common Driveway <br /> The chairman detrmined that the required letter of <br /> understanding regarding the maintenance of said common <br /> driveway has been received by Gail S. Lopes. And, that <br /> Applicant is responsible for the re-inspection fee in the <br /> amount of $1 0 . o . <br /> Letter from- Gail S. Lopes to the Mashpee Fire <br /> Department - "Please accept this letter as our <br /> understanding that we ,are completely responsible for <br /> maintaining the common drive (road surface, trees, etc. ) , <br /> the standards set forth in our Special Permit to construct <br /> common drive for access to 25 and 27 Melissa Avenue and <br /> that both properties will be clearly marked in case of <br /> emergency. We understand that if these conditions are not <br /> met that the Mashee Fire and Rescue may not be able to <br /> access the residences and are in compliance with that <br /> regulation.
