Attorney Losordo replied, "Mr. Pa ani". <br /> The Chairman asked if the tax bills indicate <br /> sarakumitt Corporation as the owner of record, are mailed <br /> to and are paid by the Applicant. <br /> Attorney Losordo responded, "I don' t know if they. go <br /> to hire, but he pays them. I'm not sure...but he pays them, <br /> because if he d-idn' t pay them he would lose the lots" . <br /> Asked directly, Mr. P.agani informed the Board that he <br /> receives the tax bills addressed to Sarakumitt Corporation, <br /> Pine Street for Lots 80, 81, and 24 . <br /> The Chairman asked if Mr. Pag ni is sarakumitt Corporation; <br /> to which he replied, "'No...no, I'm not. We are not the <br /> corporation, but we do have the title on the property in <br /> question" . <br /> The flown Planner asked if the Applicant had a. deed to <br /> the property. He stated that the Assessors' recor-ds <br /> indicate sarakuamitt Corporation, 28 Fonce Road, sandwich, <br /> CIA as the owner, based upon a 1985 deed. There appears to <br /> he no subsequent deed indicated in the Assessors' records . <br /> Attorney Losordo assured the Board that he has a <br /> recorded deed indicating that the Applicant is the owner of <br /> the property, and that he would provide it to the Board. <br /> The Chairman indicated the issue of ownership would <br /> have to be clarified in this matter. <br /> The Town Planner reiterated that the group of lots i <br /> not grandfathered, as the grandfather ng expired in 1-995, <br /> prior to t-he Town taking of the adjacent lots-. <br /> Attorney Losordo indicated he would research these <br /> issues and reappear before the Board to make a report of <br /> his findings. <br /> The Town Planner reminded the Board that the issue <br /> before them is specifically the flooding covenant . <br /> It was agreed that this matter would be continued to <br /> September 5, 2007 . <br /> 12 <br />
