Sketch 4 is more of a square shape lot making more ofthe area usable for <br />septic, etc. <br />Mr. Melvin stated he feels Sketch 4 is the most desirable and makes the most <br />sense for usage of the land. However the frontage is only 115.5 ft. which would not <br />qualify as Approval Not Required. The minimum requirement is 1 - t. frontage. This <br />proposal would have to be considered as a Definitive Subdivision Plan. <br />The Town Planner explained that setback variances are legal; lot size variances, <br />according to the Mate Supreme Court, are illegal. <br />Applicant then submitted a written request to withdraw the application on file and <br />before the Planning Board this evening, with the intention of returning to the next <br />scheduled meeting to submit a new plan/application. <br />Board Item <br />Discussion November 21, 2007 Meeting <br />s November 2 1 is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day, it was the general <br />consensus ofthe Board to address the possible cancellation of this meeting at the October <br />1 " meeting. <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further Planning Board business to address, the Chairman <br />entertained a motion to adjourn. <br />MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to adjourn the Meeting; which <br />Motion was duly seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br />P.M. <br />(The October 3, 2007 Planning Board Meeting -was thereupon dissolved at9:30 <br />IkCee.s eeubztted, <br />�tZtaDeArcang is <br />Board Secretary <br />13 <br />
