Sketch 4 is more of a square shape lot making more ofthe area usable for <br />septic, etc. <br />Mr. Melvin stated he feels Sketch 4 is the most desirable and makes the most <br />sense for usage of the land. However the frontage is only 115.5 ft. which would not <br />qualify as Approval Not Required. The minimum requirement is 1 - t. frontage.
