Special Permit <br /> Signature of Cayer Special. Permit <br /> Approved December 7, 2005 <br /> The Town Planner reported the inspection fee in the <br /> amount of $9 97 . 00 has been paid. <br /> Four copies o-f the Special Permit were signed by Board <br /> Members Dennis Bal.zarini, Beverly Kane, and John Halachis . <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Bayswater Development, LL <br /> Approval of Flat Pond Bubdivi°sion Street Names : Sea <br /> Qua-rters, Lanyard Way, northwest Landing, Southeast Vass, <br /> Dutchman' s Path, and Great Field Landing. <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read <br /> the Public Hearing notice into the record and called the <br /> Public Hearing to order. She recognized Mark Roma-nowicz, <br /> representing the Applicant . <br /> The Town Planner provided a list of proposed street <br /> names, explaining that said names have been reviewed by the <br /> Town Clerk and Fire Department . Some changes have been <br /> made to the plan. The Fire Department was not in favor of <br /> the name Sea Quarter Pointe, and has been changed t <br /> Lanyard Way. The proposed name Great Flat Pond Pointe is <br /> to be known as Flat Pond Circle. <br /> After Planning Board review of said street names and <br /> the plans, the Chairman opened the floor to public connent: <br /> Bolo Wooldridge, Mashpee, Americans with Disabilities <br /> Committee - Asked. if the signage met with Planning Board <br /> subdivision requ-irementsYstandards . <br /> The Town Planner explained these are not subdivision <br /> streets, and that the Board is not acting under the <br /> Subdivision Control Law. The only street subject to said <br /> law would be Flat Pond Circle. He did state that standard <br /> subdivision street signs would be preferable. <br /> Mr. Romanowicz stated the Department of Public Works <br /> has suggested larger -inch letters on all of the signage. <br /> Are attempt is being made to unify those fteighborhoods under <br /> their control . <br /> 2 <br />
