Public Hearing Dudk Pond Limited Partnership/Stuart Bornstein lob Falmouth load - Approval of Special: Permit The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing notice into the record and called the Public Hearing in this ratter to order. The Chairman read the following letter into the record: "Holly Management and Supply Corporation, Stuart Bornstein - Dear Members of the Board, as a person authorized to act on behalf of Duck Pond Limited Partnership, the Applicant and a Special Permit application currently pending before your Board, I am requesting that the continued Hearing on this application be further continued from April 5, 2006 to May 3, 2006 or the next available date thereafter. The reason for this request is that we are continuing with the review of this proposal with the Design Review 'Board based upon their request for redesign of the buildings and which review will not be complete by the April 5 to Meeting.
