i <br /> It should be specified that animals are housed wholly <br /> indoors, with the exception of exercise runs and/or <br /> property approved under special Permit . <br /> Expansion of the IC overlay district to include the <br /> entire Mashpee Industrial and Rogers Industrial Parrs . <br /> Said amendment would allow limited low traffic generated <br /> retail uses; to which the Board was in agreement. <br /> Addition of New Section D - During the 190' s the <br /> zoning bylaw allowed cluster subdivisions by right with <br /> Planning Board approval., without benefit of a special <br /> Permit or grandfathering for individual lots. This <br /> amendment would -serve to rectify this situation by <br /> declaring that building lots within the old cluster <br /> subdivisions may be developed pursuant to the lot size, <br /> frontage and setback regulations applicable to the original <br /> approval rules in effect for that particular cluster <br /> subdivision and -subject to any other currently applicable <br /> provisions of the bylaw. The Board was in agreement . <br /> Proposed lot size variance in order to provide some <br /> protection to older lots that are not grandfathered. <br /> "Building lots created by a subdivision plan endorsed by <br /> the Planning Board may be developed pursuan-t to lot size, <br /> frontage and set back regulations- applicable to the <br /> original approval of said subdivision. If the required <br /> performance guarantee was released reg-arding said lot, and <br /> the lot became separately owned, all adjacent land within <br /> eight years of the elate of said endorsement will 'be <br /> protected. " The Board was in agreement. <br /> [update of the Water Quality Report Bylaw - Revised <br /> reaps of the recharge areas is a more accurate reference and <br /> includes the entire 'Town (based upon the Massachusetts <br /> Estuaries Program Report) .
