Application procedure - After much discussion <br /> rega-rding the application procedure, the Board agreed that <br /> this matter rewires further review. <br /> The Town Planner suggested it would be helpful if Mr. <br /> Rowley couldreview the Special Permit regulation <br /> requirements and provide comments and suggestions; to which <br /> the Board agreed. <br /> The Town Planner suggested language to, read, "...sh-all. <br /> follow this sequence..." He agreed to provide a draft for <br /> Board review at the next meeting. <br /> Storm water Management - The following language chance <br /> was made, „Said mat r treatment facilities shall be <br /> designed and sized to retain up to the first inch f <br /> rainfall from their "contributing area ... <br /> The Board agreed to review this section more closely <br /> for discuss-ion om ent at the next meeting. <br /> Assembly/Packaging, Animal Day Care, Amendments to the <br /> Zoning Map, and- Land Space Requirements quirements Table Articles were <br /> reviewed and discussed, no changes were noted. <br /> Update - Zoninq Board of Appeals lashpee Commons <br /> The Town Planner reported that agreement has been <br /> reached to narrow the proportions of Job' s Fishing load. <br /> There was some discussion regarding the connector road <br /> at Deer Crossing, which is outlined in the Comprehensive <br /> Plan. <br /> The Town Planner also reported there is a scheduled <br /> meeting with Fawn Counsel later this week regarding <br /> Planning Board jurisdiction of the Mashpee Conmons proposed <br /> commercial project . <br /> Adjournment <br /> Where being- no further Planning Board business t <br /> address the Chairman entertained a motion to adjourn. <br />
