MOTION: Dennis Ba 1 -r i ni made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to July 5, 2,006 at 7 : 45 <br /> p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by John Halachis and <br /> so voted -unanimously. <br /> Correspondence <br /> The Town Planner made reference to a (copy) letter <br /> received from the Popponesset Beach Association, addressed <br /> to the Zoning Board of Appeals regarding height limits, lot <br /> coverage, and the Popponesset Overlay District. <br /> Public Hearing - continued <br /> McShane Construction - - ' Main- St-reet <br /> Approval of Special Permit Retail/Storage Building <br /> The Chairman reconvened the Public Hearing in this <br /> matter recognizing Attorney Kirrane, who Informed the Board <br /> of his client' s request to proceed with the matter. <br /> Applicant appears confident that the proposal being. <br /> presented to the Board conforms to the zoning requirements <br /> and does not adversely impact any of the interests, intended <br /> to be protected under the appropriate sections of the <br /> zoning -bylaw. <br /> Attorney Kirrane informed the Board that all of Mr. <br /> Rowley' s issues have been addressed to his- satisfaction, a-s <br /> well as those raised by the Design Re.viw committee <br /> resulting in elevation charges. <br /> Attorney Kirrane made references to a visual, "Partial <br /> Site Plan". The issue of the slope located on the easterly <br /> side of the property remains unresolved. Applicant is <br /> scheduled to meet further with Design Review tomorrow, June <br /> th. <br /> Attorney Kirrane requested the Board consider granting <br /> approval of the Special Permit subject to a resolve with <br /> the Design Review Committee. <br /> Attorney Kirrane noted that the owners representatives <br /> of Ken Mark Office Supplies were present at the meeting <br /> should .the Board have any questions. <br /> 7 <br />
