� r <br /> Definitive Plan <br /> New Seabury Properties, LLC <br /> Flat Pond Circle and Seanest Drive <br /> Resignature and Technical Revisions to Previously <br /> Approved Great Flat Pond Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> The Chairman called this matter- to order and <br /> recognized Tom Bunker, BSB Design, Wiho explained that the <br /> subdivision plan had been drawn by Earth Tech and that he <br /> is representing the Applicant as the land surveyor, <br /> r. Bunker provided a signed copy of the subdivision <br /> plan approved by the Planning Board -on August 3, 2005 . <br /> Said plan was -signed by the Town Clerk on September 6, <br /> 2005, and by the Planning Board on September 7, 2005 . <br /> Mr. Bunker made reference to Mr. Rowley' s comment <br /> letter o:f June 6, 20.0'6, stating all o-f his concerns have <br /> been satisfactorily addressed. <br /> r. Bunker then explained the technical issues being <br /> that the Land Court requires the plan to be on a particular <br /> type of M-ylar other than the way the original plan had been <br /> prepared. He also made reference t-o the lot being divided, <br /> Lot 31, not being shown properly on the original plan. <br /> Mr. Bunker stated that Ir. Rowley had pointed out <br /> several of the lots were not shown. i-n their entirety on the <br /> original plans, and which have now been corrected. There <br /> were some dimensional issues that have since been corrected <br /> as well. . <br /> The revised plan before the Board now complies with <br /> the Land Court requirements . Applica-nt is requesting that <br /> said revised plan be resigned by the Planning Board for <br /> filing with the Land Court . <br /> When a-sked by the Chairman, Mr. Rowley stated that he <br /> is satisfied with the- revised plan and that said changes <br /> were in fact related to Land Court issues/requirements. <br /> The Town Planner determined that the original date of <br /> approval was August 3, 2005, with signatures by Beverly <br /> Kane, Dennis Bal arini, Lee Gurney, and John Halaohis. <br /> There being no further Boa:rd discussion the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> 4 <br />
