The Chairman then proceeded to sign and date said <br /> plan. <br /> Discussion - Special Permit -- Ken dark Project <br /> The chairman recognized Attorney evin Kirrane who <br /> spoke to the issue raised by the Design Review committee <br /> regarding the buffer area located between the existing <br /> residential development and the commercial development . <br /> References were made to a plan of land entitled, ""Special <br /> Permit Application, center Street Village, Phase II, <br /> ashpee, NSA, dated April 200 " . <br /> The Design Review committee i8 insisting that the <br /> Applicant maintain the ten-foot buffer zone as Is required <br /> on the commercial side of the building. In order to comply <br /> with this regulation Applicant is required to construct <br /> retaining wails. Specific structural engineering <br /> construction details will be provided at a later date-. <br /> The consulting Engineer commented that in the event <br /> decorative block galls are to be used, that they be high <br /> enough to require proper reinforcement materials where <br /> needed. He would require revised plans showing grading <br /> changes, retaining gall design and installation in <br /> accordance with manufacturer specifications, engineer <br /> certification regarding maintenance of the ten-foot <br /> undisturbed buffer and Design Review approval . <br /> There being no further discussion the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion regarding the proposed modification to <br /> the Site Plan revised June 19, 2006. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve the minor <br /> modification of the Site Plan. for 34 O2 Main Street, LLc <br /> subject to approval by the Design Review Committee, a crass <br /> section of the proposed retaining wall be shown on revised <br /> plans to be certified by the design engineer that said wall <br /> can be constructed according to the manufacturer' s <br /> specifications while maintaining the natural ten-foot <br /> buffer, as well as a submission of four 4 ) se-t f the <br /> reprised plan; which Lotion was duly seconded by John <br /> Halachis and so voted unanimously. <br /> Other Items <br /> Discussion of Stratford Ponds <br /> Wastewater Treatment Plant Nitrogen Levels <br /> 11 <br />
