Approved by the Board. <br /> Correspondence <br /> The Chairman provided a copy of an e-mail received <br /> from Ed Baker regarding the storm Water Report prepared b <br /> Mr. Rowley. Mr. Baker expressed his support for a job well <br /> done; suggesting said report should become an action <br /> document for the Blue Ribbon Comprehensive Committee. <br /> Discussion - DCPC <br /> The Chairman commented that the Blue Ribbon. Committee <br /> has been meeting for approximately one year . <br /> The Planning Board has prepared three articles for the <br /> upcoming Town Meeting, as was proposed to the Blue Ribbon <br /> Committee, being storm-water, water quality, and cluster <br /> subdivision. <br /> The Chairman suggested continued support of the Blue <br /> Ribbon Committee through their 1 -month term. She <br /> suggested the Planning Board hold off on submitting the <br /> DCPC at this point. The sewer Commission Report is <br /> anticipated within a one-gear timefrae and will provide <br /> recommendations for concerns regarding water resources. <br /> Copies of a brochure entitled, "Mashpee Deans Water'• <br /> was provided to all Board Members for their information and <br /> review. <br /> It was the general consensus- of the Planning Board to <br /> continue support of the Blue Ribbon Committee. <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further Planning Board business t <br /> address the Chairman entertained a motion to adjourn. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal- arini made a Lotion to adjourn the <br /> Meeting; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee urer and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> 14 <br />
