MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a- Motion to schedule a <br /> Public Hearing in this matter for August 2,. 2006 at 7 : 20 <br /> p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee -Gurney and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Charles Rogers - commercial Street <br /> Between commercial street and Great Neck Road South <br /> Approval of Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the chairman read <br /> thePublic Hearing notice into the record and called the <br /> Public Hearing to order. <br /> Mr. Rowley arrived at the Meeting at this point, � : 10 <br /> . . <br /> The Chairman recognized Matthew Eddy, Baxter Nye <br /> Engineering and Surveying, representing the Applicant . <br /> References were being made to a. plan of land entitled, <br /> "Mercantile Subdivision Mercantile Way (formally Romar <br /> Drive) , prepared by Baxter Nye, dated May 25, 2006 <br /> Definitive Road construction Plans" . <br /> r. Eddy indicated the location of the proposed nine, <br /> { industrial lots, as well as six newly rezoned <br /> industrial lots located in another area. <br /> The proposal is to extend Romar Drive to Great Neck <br /> Road South and rename the cul-de-sac. Six lots have <br /> undergone minor lot reconfiguration. Two of the lots are <br /> now a combination of six lots as shown on a previous plan. <br /> r. Eddy requested approval with minor administrative <br /> revisions based upon Mt. Roney' s comments and any concerns <br /> raised by the Board, for signature at the next scheduled <br /> Planning Board Meeting. <br /> The Board asked Mr. Rowley to comment .. He stated his <br /> concerns involve technical details as shown on the plan, <br /> not with the overall layout, configuration, or road <br /> alignment of the plan. when asked, he stated there are no <br /> issues with the grades . <br /> 2 <br />
