The proposed' modification <br /> odification <br /> specifically concerns, and is only related to, the <br /> relocation of the leaching facility associated with the <br /> existing on-site wastewater treatment plant. <br /> Attorney Schaeffer explained that the on-site <br /> wastewater treatment plant is operated and maintained by <br /> the Board of Trustees on behalf of the unit owners . <br />
