There is are existing dwelling on one of the lots <br /> with a cul-de-sac at the end to access the second lot. <br /> Mr. French provided reprised plan copies entitled, <br /> "Robert J. Taylor Subdivision of Land in Mashpee, MA, b <br /> Christopher Costa & Associates, Inc. , dated. March 10, <br /> 2 " . The road name has been revised as well as other <br /> items of concern raised by the Board and as indicated on <br /> the checklist.. <br /> Mr. French informed the Board that he received Mr. <br /> Rowle ' s letter this afternoon and therefore has not had <br /> adequate time to address his concerns . <br /> Dennis al arin-i asked-about the condition of the <br /> existing driveway. <br /> Mr. French responded there will be access through the <br /> new road and an apron will be provided. <br /> The Torn Planner commented that an apron is also <br /> required for Mr. Taylor' s property. <br /> Mr. French informed the Board that the road name has, <br /> been charged from "Danielle" to "Taylor Way" as a private <br /> road. <br /> The Town Planner noted that the Town Clerk is in <br /> agreement with the name "Taylor ay" and that house numbers <br /> have been assigned. The existing house is #2 and the <br /> second lot i . <br /> The Town Planner noted the street monuments/bounds <br /> have not been indicated on the plan. Mr. French agreed to <br /> make this revision. <br /> The Town Planner than rude specific reference to Mr. <br /> Rowle "s comment letter, addressing those .issues that have <br /> not fret been addressed. <br /> Follow-up with the Natural Heritage Endangered Species <br /> State filing is required. A street sign at the entrance is <br /> needed. Contour information requires more detail., as does <br /> the detention area. There is a question as to the <br /> placement of the utility limes (being underground) . Dates <br /> of soil testing and elevations are to be noted. <br /> Prof'esionl Engineer' s startup and signature are required on <br />
