This scoping, <br /> session provides an important opportunity for you to ask questions about the process and to reduce the chance of <br /> problems or delays. At the pre-application meeting the staff will review your application with you and discuss <br /> relevant issues. You should bring any plans, studies or information on the property and/or proposal to this <br /> meeting. <br /> Important Notes: <br /> Applications are reviewed for their consistency with the Act, the Regional Policy Plan, local regulations and local <br /> comprehensive plans once certified by the Cape Cod Commission. Applications need to document the project's <br /> consistency with the Regional Policy Plan's Minimum Performance Standards. Applicants are encouraged to <br /> demonstrate the project's benefits to the community and the region by meeting or exceeding the Regional Policy's <br /> Plan:s Minimum Performance Standards and Other Development Review Policies. Copies of the Regional Policy <br /> Plan are available at the Commission's office. <br /> Providing-a complete application including the required information and fees, will allow the Commission <br /> to act in a timely manner. This includes a certified list of abutters, in the correct form (see attached). Applicants <br /> may attach additional pages to this application if necessary. If there are more than 50 abutters, in addition to the <br /> certified list, please provide three sets of the certified list on self-adhesive labels. Please note: Town assessors <br /> offices may take up to 10 days to certify an abutters list. The applicant has entered into a land lease for atmroximately 7000 square feet of land of <br /> which only 200 sq. 11 will be visible use for the tower within a 2.77 acre lot.
