CONCLUSION
Broadband measurements of existing ambient RF fields in the general vicinity of the
proposed site indicate the peak(maximum) field to be about 0.15% the regulatory limits for RF
exposure to members of the public. These RF field measurements are accurate, and meet FCC and
MDPH guidelines.
RF field theoretical calculations were performed by this consultant as issued in a report dated
April 11, 2002. The results indicated a maximum potential increase of about 0.11 % of the
maximum allowable (°/uMPE). The sum of existing and proposed theoretical RF fields would be
significantly below FCC and MDPH RF exposure limits; that is, less than 0.3 percent. This means
there could be over 300 additional similar installations, and still be below all regulatory limits for
RF exposure.
Based on my extensive experience withpersonal wireless services facilities, andthe RF fields
I have calculated and measured, it is my expert opinion that the current and proposed personal
wireless services installations would comply with regulatory guidelines for RF exposure.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Z
,
Donald L.aHaes., Jr, h.D.
Certified Health Physicist
427 Amherst Street,Unit#11
Nashua,NH 03063
Page-5-
