The Board members suggested they put them in written form for submission. <br /> Mr. Gilroy said these are private roads, can the Board hold the bond if those roads are destroyed <br /> during construction? <br /> Charlie said the bond is only for the construction of this new road. For <br /> all the work Brian has done, we have never seen any report. <br /> ,Tim said he is waiting for build out data. Torn said he has had it since November. <br /> Tons said the Windchime account is for the Mashpee River. <br /> Jinn said he is requesting the funds for 5 stations in the Mashpee River and gave them the <br /> breakdown of costs-of each station. <br /> Bev asked if these funds are provided, will it help with the other study Brian is working on Jim <br /> said it will feed into that final report. <br /> Tom is concerned that we keep pouring money into Brian Howes and getting nothing in return. <br /> Bev does not-want to see the sampling stopped. <br /> Martine reviewed the cost proposal. Is there funds required for interpretation and reporting on <br /> the sampling? <br /> Jinn said there is Oast page). Brian Howes does that. <br /> Martine asked what the point is of continued sampling without a report. <br /> Don asked if the Board should withhold a portion of the funds pending.the results of the <br /> sampling' Jim that would kill the whole deal. <br /> Steve suggested sending a letter asking for the report a"ve already paid for. <br /> Bev agrees this is a problem but does not want-to jeopardize the sampling. <br />
