B. One set of all application materials, as specified in Section I , shall be left with the Town <br /> Clerk at the time of filing. Sixteen additional sets of all application materials (for a total of 1 <br /> as required by the iahpee Zoning By-law) shall be filed with the Board, in care of the office of <br /> the Town Planner, The Torn Planner, on behalf of they Board, will transmit one set each to the <br /> Board of Health, the I ashpee later District Commission, the Sewer Commission,, the Design <br /> Review iew Committee, the Conservation commission, the Director of Public Works, the Building <br /> Inspector, the Fire chief, the Police chief and the Leisure Services Director. In addition, all plan. <br /> drawings specified in Section IV shall also be submitted on a Windows compatible diskette(s) or <br /> CD as specified in Section VI and filed with the Board, in care of the office of the Torn Planner. <br /> Where the application involves tidal areas or waterways, three additional sets of application <br /> materials shall be submitted to the Board and will be forwarded by the Torn Planner to the <br /> Shellfish Commission, the Harbormaster and the Waterways Commission. <br /> For Winced use.or commerdaI de reloprnents, or projects that will involve a variance request, one <br /> additional set shall be submitted to the Board for forwarding to the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> C. In addition to the materials specified in Section III, one copy of any documents filed with <br /> the cape cod commission as part of any application to the commission regarding the project, <br /> along with one copy of any decision by the Commission on the project, as well as one copy of <br /> any filings with the state IBP # office or decisions by the Secretary of Environmental Affairs <br /> regarding environmental review of-the project, shall be filed with the Board in care of the office <br /> of the Town Planner. <br /> D. Prior to the Board's public hearing on the application, the applicant shall meet with the <br /> Design Review Committee regarding the proposal. The report of the Design Review Committee <br /> shall be required prior to any action by the Board on the application. <br /> B. As part of the applicants presentation at the public hearing, or prior to the hearing, the <br /> applicant shall present copies of the minutes of any pre-application conferences held with the <br /> Design Review Committee, conservation commission and Board of Health, as well as any other <br /> letters or comments received from hose boards or from the Town Planner, Director of Public <br /> Works, Fire chief, Police Chief, the Consulting Engineer to the Planning Board or other boards <br /> or agencies regarding the proposal. <br /> F. The Board will hold a public hearing within sixty-five days, but not less than twenty- <br /> one 1 days, of the filing of such application with the Town clerk, for which notice has been <br /> given:. <br /> (1) by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the town at least once in two <br /> successive creeks, with the first publ cation to be net less than fourteen days before <br /> the day of such hearing, <br /> (2) by posting, in care of the Town clerk, of such notice in a conspicuous place in the <br /> -- Town Hall for not less than fourteen days before such hearing, and- <br /> (3) <br /> by certified mailing to all parties in interest as defined by the General Laws. <br /> C. The Board may continue the public hearing over as many dates as is reasonably necessary <br /> to review the application, solicit input from the applicant, parties in interest, other boards and <br /> II <br />
