Chapter 41 and the applicable Mashpee by-laws and regulations on the <br /> application of AJL Lacava Realty Trust H, 181 Boston Post Road West, Marlboro, MA 01752, for <br /> endorsement of a definitive subdivision plan of the land identified on the Mashpee Assessors' Maps as <br /> Map 59, Blocks 1 and 5. Said plan was filed on June 5, 2002,with an extension of time granted by the <br /> applicant to December 3, 2002 for the filing of this decision. The application has been approved with <br /> the following conditions/modifications: <br /> Prior to endorsement of the plan, the applicant shall <br /> 1) amend the plan to satisfy the comments of the Board's Consulting Engineer Charles Rowley as <br /> contained in his November 20, 2002 letter to the Board(attached), and <br /> 2) amend the roadway design of the intersection of Country Club Drive and Old Barnstable Road <br /> to relocate the Quashnet Valley Country Club clubhouse driveway to a point northwest of station <br /> 0+50. <br /> The subdivision shall be constructed in accordance with the plan, entitled "Subdivision Plan of Land <br /> Located In Mashpee, Mass. Prepared for AJL Lacava Realty Trust II" Sheets 1-5 and the <br /> accompanying Proposed Roadway Profiles, sheets 1-9 and supplemental sheet showing the <br /> intersection of Country Club Lane and Old Barnstable Road, all by Cape & Islands Engineering, as so <br /> revised and endorsed by the Board. Three full sets of the final approved plans, along with the digital <br /> copy of the subdivision plan in DXF format required by Subsection VI.A.2. of the Board's Rules and <br /> Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land, shall be submitted to the Board prior to endorsement <br /> of the plan. <br /> You are hereby requested to retain this certificate and attachments pursuant to Massachusetts General <br /> Laws and to notify the Board if any appeal of this decision is made within the time period provided by <br /> law. <br /> On behalf of the Mai / <br /> hpe Planning Board <br /> Received by e Town Clerk on /V e ✓ '2002 <br /> dale <br /> Town Clerk <br />
