Rte <br /> Request: Endorsement of -lot ANR plan <br /> Dave Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering was present. He submitted the application and fee <br /> for ? lot ANR. It is on the corner of Shellback and Rte 28 (near Plymouth Saving Bank). <br /> There was originally a 41ot subdivision with cul de sac at this-location. Creating 2 lots, each <br /> with.frontage of Shellback way. There will be no access on Rte 28. <br /> He presented a topn neap for review and shoved drainage areas. <br /> Note 4 on the ANR states that the original 4 lot subdivision is eliminated. <br /> ** Dick Terry made a motion to endorse the 2 lot ANR plan as presented.
