In such case, the approval by the Board of the special permit may also be rescinded following the procedures provided by lave. section XI WAIVERS A waiver of the requirements of these regulations, except where they are mand'ated by the General Laves or the I ashpee Zoning By7law, may be*permitted upon written request of the applicant, by a favorable Grote of at least four of the members of the Board at a public meeting when, in the opinion of the Board, topographer, proper engineering, aesthetics or natural resources impacts or other considerations necessitate such waiver. Section XII VALIDITY ADD REFERENCE The invalidity of any section or provision of these regulations shall not invalidate any other section or provision thereof. For matters not covered by these Rules and Regulations, reference is made to the Mashpee Zoning By-lavers and to chapter 40A of the General Laws. Section XIII FORMS As indicated in these regulations, the filing of forms is required for a number of steps in the process of having applications approved. These forms may be obtained at the office of the Torn Planner.
