required to include non-petition articles on a Town warrant. <br /> There was discussion as to whether the Board should submit <br /> second Petition Article with the appropriate ten signatures for <br /> every article submitted. <br /> The Chairman expressed her personal opinion that the Board <br /> should proceed in the future to back any Planning Board Article <br /> submitted to the Board of Selectmen with a Petition of ten to <br /> signatures of registered voters. <br /> It was the consensus of the Board to agree with this <br /> suggestion, relieving Planning Department Staff of any <br /> responsibility regarding said Petition Article submission. <br /> Minutes <br /> As the August 7, 2002 minutes were provided this date, the <br /> Board agreed to postpone the vote until the next scheduled <br /> meeting. <br /> Discussion - Windchime Point Development corporation <br /> 0 <br /> The Fawn Planner made reference to Notice of Election, <br /> new Board of Directors, Condominium Association.
