The Chairman, Beverly Kane, presided. <br /> Board Members present: Dennis Balzarini., Vice Chairman; <br /> Steve Dolan, Clerk; Beverly Kane, Chairman; and Richard Terry. <br /> Also present: Thomas Fnala, Town Planner; and Eric Smith, <br /> Assistant Town Planner. <br /> A qurm being present the Chairman called the .Meeting to <br /> order. his the first order of business she opened the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Six Zoning Articles - October Town Meeting <br /> Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laves Ch. 40A, the Mashpee <br /> Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September <br /> 1 , 2002 at 7 : o p.m. at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck <br /> Road Forth to review the following Zoning Articles for action at <br /> the October 7, 2002 Town I+ eting. <br /> Article 1 <br /> Article submitted by the Planning Board replacing subsection <br /> 174-4 . B(4) with corrected tent in order to correct an error in <br /> the existing zoning By-law by providing the correct reference to <br /> the Table of Use regulations section for adult entertainment uses <br /> which is Cal. 174- 58 1I . The letter "E" had been omitted. <br /> There being no Board or public cormnent, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION:_:_ Richard Terry made a Motion to recommend approval <br /> by Town Meeting of Article 14 as written; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Article 15 <br /> Article submitted by the Planning Board adding a definition <br /> of the term "Applicant" to the Definitions Listed in Section <br /> 174- . <br /> The Town Planner explained the definition is as provided by <br /> Town Counsel and Used by the Planning Board, nearer having been. <br /> adopted into the Zoning By-law.
