Town of Mashpee <br /> P l ann ina Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> October 16, 2002 <br /> The 'down of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to <br /> order in Conference Rooms 1, Mashpee Town Hall,, 16 Great Neck <br /> Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 7: 4 p.m. on Wednesday, <br /> October 1 ,. 2002 . The Chairnman, Beverly Dane, presided. <br /> Board Members present: Dennis Bail arini, vice Chairman; <br /> Steve Dolan, Clerk; Beverly Kane, Chairman; Don Myers, and <br /> Richard Term (7 : 13 p.m. ) . <br /> Also present : Thomas ludala, Town Planner; Eric Smith, <br /> Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer <br /> 7 . 4 p.M. . <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to <br /> order. As the first order of business she opened the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Anthony Laava - Cape & Islands Engineering <br /> uashnet valley west - Assessors' Map 59, Blocks 1 and <br /> The Chairman deterlmined Applicant was present; however the <br /> Consul-ting Engineer was not. Applicant requested a continuance <br /> to a time certain. <br /> MOTION: Denis Bal arini made a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter o 7: 15 p.m. ; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Preliminary Plan <br /> Morris Kirsner - BSS Design <br /> The Town Planner reported Applicant has filed a pre l.imi-nary <br /> plan, 5-lot subdivision, which has been filed with Town Clerk. <br /> The Board has -days from the filing date October 2. 2 2 i <br /> which to render a decision in this matter. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner has prepared a staff report. <br /> References we're being made to Plan entitled, "Preliminary <br /> Plan, prepared for Kirsner Irrevocable Trust, Route 2 i neat beck <br /> Road-Old Barnstable Road., Mashpee, Mai, by Bs Design, dated <br /> September 30, 2002 . <br /> There is a question as to whether or not this proposed <br /> project should be referred to the Cape Cod Commission as is <br /> the Mashpee Place project) . <br />
