Rothschild and Nelson D. Kirsner <br /> Trustees of the Kirsner Irrevocable Trust, 28 Darrell Drive, Randolph, MA 02368, for <br /> endorsement of a preliminary subdivision plan. <br /> The petition has been denied for the following reasons: <br /> 1) The proposed intersection with Route 28 violates Section 5, Subsection A of the Planning <br /> Board's Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in that itis incompatible with <br /> neighboring conditions relative to traffic safety, dangerous left tum movements onto and from <br /> Route 28 and stacking of left turning vehicles on Route 28 in close proximity to the Mashpee <br /> rotary. <br /> 2) The three items contained in the October 16, 2002 letter to the Board from its Consulting <br /> Engineer Charles Rowley regarding this project. <br /> Plans may be viewed at the office of the Town Clerk. Within 20 days from the date hereon, an <br /> appeal may be taken from this decision in Superior Court. <br /> Town Clerk <br /> October 17, 2002 <br />
