The developer has agreed to construct a parking <br /> lot subject to Board approval . <br /> He spoke to concerns with the original buildings, <br /> [hits 1 through 1 , and the use of their reserve funds in <br /> order to maintain said units . Landscaping and maintenance <br /> issues are of great concern. Construction of the garages <br /> is very important, as a portion of the property will self <br /> managed. He also spore to landscaping issues in Phase II <br /> which. require a different type of landscaping due- to the <br /> density. He supported the idea of natural vegetation as <br /> represented in Phase II and Phase III . <br /> Mr. O'Malley expressed support for the developer' s <br /> efforts stating he has made concessions and has been <br /> available to meet with the Association in an attempt t <br /> address- their concerns . <br /> 11 <br />
