The Building <br /> Inspector determined the swinufting wool would be considered <br /> a structure. Applicant agreed to re-examine configuration <br /> of the buildings, and the possibility of eliminating the <br /> middle garages in an attempt to remain within the ten 10 ) <br /> percent zoning. <br /> The Chairman recognised Attorney Taipale who spoke to <br /> the definition of "structure" and „building" as it relates <br /> to the Special Permit.
