He suggested that the torn submit a DI exemption request. <br /> Tom Quinn had a concern that this would hold up Phase 11. <br /> Beverly asked Charlie if he was satisfied with the as-builts. Charlie said that everything <br /> seems to be satisfactory. He did say that a big issue was to pin down the sewer line. <br /> Not as important, but still and issue, was the landscaping. <br /> Art Traczyk asked if a bond would be needed for the loam and seeding. Torn Guinn <br /> suggested, instead, that just a certain number of units be authorized until the <br /> landscaping is adequately completed. <br /> Torn Quinn had concerns about grass and irrigation. He requested building permits for <br /> four buildings, followed by permits for another four. Beverly said that she would at least i <br /> like to see grass growing before giving approval for the units. <br /> Torn Guinn told the Board that his schedule was falling behind and that he really <br /> needed to move forward. It was agreed that the discussion be continued at the next <br /> meeting of the Planning Board on February 7 th. <br /> Motion to adjourn by Beverly, seconded by Martine; carried unanimously. <br />
