w
Matt suggested that the Board wait until Wednesday to have the permit in hand before
voting for the certificate of compliance.
Beverly mentioned a concern about the conservation restriction and the deed that is still
needed. Toni Guinn said that the Cape Cod commission had an issues with lot split that
creates a DRI situation. He suggested that the torn submit a DI exemption request.
Tom Quinn had a concern that this would hold up Phase 11.
Beverly asked Charlie if he was satisfied with the as-builts. Charlie said that everything
seems to be satisfactory. He did say that a big issue was to pin down the sewer line.
Not as important, but still and issue, was the landscaping.
Art Traczyk asked if a bond would be needed for the loam and seeding. Torn Guinn
suggested, instead, that just a certain number of units be authorized until the
landscaping is adequately completed.
Torn Quinn had concerns about grass and irrigation. He requested building permits for
four buildings, followed by permits for another four. Beverly said that she would at least i
like to see grass growing before giving approval for the units.
Torn Guinn told the Board that his schedule was falling behind and that he really
needed to move forward. It was agreed that the discussion be continued at the next
meeting of the Planning Board on February 7 th.
Motion to adjourn by Beverly, seconded by Martine; carried unanimously.
