This had been done, said John, and noted on plans. <br /> Charlie also said they needed to apply for variance. There was some discussion <br /> between Steve Giatrelis and Toni Fudala regarding the adding of an access road <br /> to Town Melds. Steve said he applied,for variance to extend the road 800 feet, <br /> total of six lots. Drainage-wise, he said they've met with Charlie's concems and <br /> have 'net with zoning regulations. <br /> Matt said there were fire issues outlined by Charlie and read from the letter. John <br /> said they would take care of some of the issues. He showed where flared ends <br /> will be installed and said that leeching structures had already been added. Torn <br /> had a question about Swale capacity for storm drainage. John explained that the <br /> s gales would have a 25 year storm capacity. Some discussion ensued about the <br /> function of swales and overflow into catch hams. There were conoems about <br /> undissolved water sitting in the grass, killing the grass. Plans were <br /> presented showing existing vehicle access road. <br /> Resident Frances Doherty pointed to a gated road on map and explained how <br /> the vehicles were using this road and coning past her house, instead of using <br /> the designated mute.
