Resorting and Enforcement <br /> The applicant shall be required to file an annual report with the Planning Board, with <br /> copies to the Local Water Resources Management Official, Board of Health and <br /> Barnstable County Health and Environmental Department, on the results of all water <br /> quality monitoring programs during the previous year and shall include a statement <br /> indicating the amount of monies currently on hand, or other means available, to <br /> guarantee the performance of the monitoring for the ensuing year. The report shall be. <br /> filed prior to January 31 of each year and shall include, at a minimum, 1) the dates on <br /> which the samples were taken, 2) the results of the laboratory analysis of each sample <br /> for all of the required parameters, 3) the groundwater elevation in each monitoring well <br /> and wetland well point, if any, 4) a comparison with the results of the initial sampling <br /> round and all subsequent measurements, preferably in tabular form, and with the <br /> required water quality standards, 5) where applicable, a discussion of the results in <br /> comparison with the carrying capacity of any recharge area involved and with the critical <br /> eutrophic and other parameters for surface water bodies and wetlands, 6) a report on <br /> any sampling results not in compliance with the applicable standards (or parameter <br /> levels approved by the Planning Board where the initial sampling round showed <br /> noncompliance with the listed standards) and an analysis of probable causes of the <br /> noncompliance, 7) a discussion of any remedial steps taken to comply with the <br /> standards or parameter levels referenced above, or, if none were taken, an explanation <br /> and a proposed course of action to come into compliance and 8) any other information <br /> which would assist the Town in determining the projects impact on water quality.
